good morning friends today is my Friday so that means I have 3 days to do as I wish

to cold to take the dog for a walk I know we have a heat wave here in Massachusetts 4 out todaythis is not for me

Good morning Maryann and everyone.....

Maryann...I am so excited as we usually have 4 degrees, we have 18 this morning...WOW!!! I wish the sun was shining. As I look out my window I see piles and piles of snow. I used to watch the cars go by and the activity at the building across the street. Can't anymore as I can barely see the roofs of the cars on the  road. I can't  see anything across the street. Snow is just too high. We have mountains!!! I too am so tired of all this cold weather I could scream!!

As for me....I have more planning and getting ready to pack some things for my vacation!! I need to get a list made today of everything I am  taking. I have to have lists for everything. I am such a moron!!

I worked with the ladies doing  the puzzle too much yesterday when I should have been doing other things. Oh well I needed the socialization and I was missing them. 

I bought my granddaughter two bags of Old Dutch Pickle Chips as she requested. She can't get them in Oregon and is really craving them. She is so excited! There is another brand I want to get for her to try. They didn't have them at the store I was at yesterday. That is the least I can do for her!!

Other then that I will get my walks in and that is about it.

I lived in Oregon and loved it  Oregon City had to take the rain all winter but loved MT Helen   You have a wonderful visit with family and friends

Maryann....I can't wait to get there. I don't love rain but I do love my granddaughter, Amanda and her great boyfriend Tyler!!!

They live just outside of Portland. They have things planned but I don't know what. They know I can't walk for miles.

how funny I also have a Granddaughter Amanda she is 22 we were out side Portland center of Portland is nice and center of  the city  have them drive you up MT Helen  the is a place near the Top you can get coffee

I see out my window to the world today is a gray sky and it is about 69 and rain rain rain!!!!!!

i went for a massage today already. Going to the support group at six. Im starting a back in track program and gave to attend them So i might as well start them now before I get the appointment. Im waiting for them to review the paperwork. I have to start out like a brandnew surgery patient.

Not sure what the insurance will cover.

I also need to  watch what I eat I am going on Protein  for a week the small meals then protein again time will tell

Hi Ladies - 

Been away for a few days.  Think Spring is coming soon - went on a cleaning spree.  Feels good to get things tidied up.

Met with the surgeon today.  They will be sending my paperwork in to the insurance.  If all goes smoothly, I should be scheduled in about six weeks.  Saw my PCP before the surgeon and he is going to send a letter re my weight loss efforts - hope it's sufficient for the insurance company.

Hope everyone is doing well.

so happy for you my daughter is having her surgery on March 20 every thing will go smoothly for you I am sure please keep us posted
